      Jennifer and both hands are fundraising for Blessings in a Backpack.

      “Because hunger does not take the weekend off”

      No child should have to go to school hungry, but it happens every day all across Canada. The backpack program feeds elementary school children who may not have any or enough food on the weekends. It takes only $100 to feed a child for an entire school year, which can make all the difference in a child’s ability to succeed in school.

      Throughout the coming year we will be having events to raise money for this very worthy cause,including our 3rd annual gala dinner to be held on Wednesday May 9, 2012
